About NICMAXX
1. What makes NICMAXX different from all the other brands on the market?
First, NICMAXX is a family owner firm-we are not owned by a large corporation. NICMAXX only does one thing and we do it well-create products for the full flavored smoker to use daily as their replacement for their beloved full flavored tobacco cigarette brand. When we ask smokers if they had tried an e-Vapor product or electronic cigarette before most say "Yes, but it didn't work for me". When they then try NICMAXX, 9 out of 10 smokers say wow and that NICMAXX works for them and become a loyal and very satisfied client.
Close2. Why do smokers prefer NICMAXX to all other e-Vapor products on the market?
NICMAXX simply taste the best when compared with other leading brands on the market. That is why 9 out 10 smokers prefer NICMAXX in nationwide taste tests.
Close3. Why should I carry NICMAXX Brands?
A vast majority of the first to market e-cig companies simply desired market share. They did this by creating and selling products that they thought should appeal to as many smokers as possible so they created an average product that did not have any similarity to any single tobacco cigarette brand. NICMAXX figured out in late 2009 that selling an average tasting e-cig was not appealing to any smoker enough for them to fully transition to our products and we absolutely believed then as we do now, that the e-cig as it is configured now can be that transitionary product for a smoker-BUT it has to exactly or very closely mimic the taste and flavor profile of a single tobacco cigarette brand and deliver that smokers expected satisfaction. After a year of R&D NICMAXX was developed and the full flavored smoker has and is embracing NICMAXX as their new brand. We are the top selling brand in the vast majority of stores that carry NICMAXX due to our passionate attention to this small, but vital detail-satisfy the full flavored smoker-consistently and reliably.
CloseAbout e-Vapor Products
1. How does an e-Vapor product work?
First, all e-Vapor products are very simple products constructed with the same three basic elements: 1) a power source, most of which are a rechargeable battery, 2) a coil which is heated by the power source to 300 to 400 degrees to heat 3) a liquid consisting of 5 ingredients of either/or a combination of propylene glycol and/or vegetable glycerin, glycol, water, varying levels of nicotine and some flavorings to enhance the taste of the vapor generated by this process. There is no “smoke” generated by e-Vapor products only a simple vapor. It is this difference that is the functional difference between an e-Vapor product and the centuries old tobacco cigarette. Smokers mostly “smoke” tobacco cigarettes by lighting on fire the contained by paper tobacco leaves and stems to garner their desired nicotine where e-Vapor products simply generate a simple vapor in which contains varying levels of the desired nicotine and varying flavors. CloseAbout e-Vapor Product Safety
1. Are e-Vapor products safe? Are they safer than tobacco cigarettes?
We claim that e-Vapor products are vastly less harmful than tobacco cigarettes-not that they are “safe” as nothing is without some risk. The FDA, Johns Hopkins, the New England Journal of Medicine along with 45 other completed scientific studies all concluded that e-Vapor products are vastly less harmful and in not a single study has there ever been found any constituent at any level harmful to humans.

Close2. I heard that e-Vapor products are made in China. Is that an issue?
The majority of e-Vapor components, batteries, coils and e-Liquids are manufactured in China as is true for many, many consumer products. All NICMAXX products are produced in China and all products filled in an FDA registered laboratory using only pharmaceutical grade ingredients. All NICMAXX products come with full warranties and on-site battery replacement. When choosing your e-Vapor products always consider a company who discloses, as does NICMAXX, their ingredients on their packaging and has completed product testing in FDA registered labs.

Close3. I used to think e-Vapor products were safe but lately I have heard that they contain dangerous chemicals. What is the truth?
As the e-Vapor industry expands sadly the efficacy of our products are eroding the revenues of once dominant pharmaceutical products created as stop smoking drugs and nicotine delivery devices such as nicotine patches and gums. As such, large pharmaceutical companies have made very large donations to health agencies to make slanderous and non-scientifically supported statements designed to scare the public into thinking that e-Vapor products are anything but the beneficial products they have proven to be. Also, as e-Vapor products closely mimic the hand to mouth routine of those smoking tobacco cigarettes (which is a very important aspect of their success) those that first view a person using an e-Vapor product will prejudge the technology as being the same as a tobacco cigarette and assume, falsely, that they must be similar-which in itself is absolutely false. There have been over 45 completed studies of e-Vapor products, including those by the FDA, Johns Hopkins, reported by the New England Journal of Medicine and WebMd. In not a single study has there ever been found any constituent at any level harmful to humans.

CloseAbout e-Vapor Products Regulation/Legislation
1. Are e-Vapor products approved by the FDA?
e-Vapor products are regulated by the U.S. Government as a legal tobacco product. There are no tobacco products of any kind or configuration that are approved by the U.S. Government or any governmental body. But, all ingredients used by all NICMAXX products are approved by the FDA and EPA for oral and inhalation use but the product itself is not approved by the FDA.

Close2. Are e-Vapor products regulated?
e-Vapor products are regulated by the FDA as a tobacco product. State and local municipalities have domain to regulate where an e-vapor product can or cannot be used but they cannot ban its sale as it is a legal tobacco product. Per the FDA’s website:
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, in Sottera, Inc. v. Food & Drug Administration, 627 F.3d 891 (D.C. Cir. 2010), recently issued a decision with regard to e-cigarettes and other products “made or derived from tobacco” and the jurisdictional line that should be drawn between “tobacco products” and “drugs,” “devices,” and combination products, as those terms are defined in the FD&C Act. The court held that e-cigarettes and other products made or derived from tobacco can be regulated as “tobacco products” under the Act and are not drugs/devices unless they are marketed for therapeutic purposes. The government has decided not to seek further review of this decision, and FDA will comply with the jurisdictional lines established by Sottera.

Close3. Can I use e-Vapor products anywhere? Where are they prohibited?
e-Vapor products are regulated by the FDA as a tobacco product. As such local municipalities and states are determining individually where and where not e-Vapor products can and cannot be used. It is our position that e-vapor products use should not be constrained as they are not a product that is harmful at any level to humans and its social utility as the first product embraced by smokers should be encouraged. But to be sure, many cities and states have debated this issue and on their civic and state websites have regulations posted for e-Vapor use.

CloseAbout e-Vapor Studies
1. I have heard that there needs to be more studies on e-Vapor products. Is that true?
There have been over 45 completed studies of e-Vapor products and in not a single study has there ever been found any constituent at any level harmful to humans. Journalists and health “advocates” write constantly that either “we do not know the long term effects of e-Vapor products” or “there needs to be more study of e-Vapor products before we can make any determination as to their safety and efficacy”. To this we say “Study Them!” There are over 6 million Americans currently using e-Vapor products. Many, many of those have used e-Vapor products every day, all day for years. If any entity seriously states there needs more study of e-Vapor, all they have to do is reach out to the millions of Vapers nationally and study their physiology. There is now the largest study group ever assembled to study the efficacy of this “new” technology that is now in its eighth year.

CloseAbout e-Vapor Products as a Cessation/Stop Smoking Product
1. Can e-Vapor products help me quit smoking?
NICMAXX does not make any claims that our products are a stop smoking product or a cessation device. We only claim that we are vastly less harmful than tobacco cigarettes which contain over 6,000 chemicals, 66 of which are carcinogenic. NICMAXX products only contain 5 ingredients, all of which have been approved by the FDA and EPA for oral and inhalation use. NICMAXX products though are not approved by either the FDA or EPA.
