INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is also available but at specific and different rates depending on the country. All international shipments require some kind of clearing charges, VAT tax and possible duties to be paid by the customer on their end when the shipment arrives. It is the responsibility of the customer to investigate these charges before placing an order with NICMAXX. It is also the responsibility of the customer to investigate whether or not the Electronic Cigarette is allowed into their country before placing an order with NICMAXX. International shipping will be sent by post and NICMAXX cannot guarantee if the order will be delivered to the customer if they are ordering from outside of the U.S. NICMAXX will not be responsible for reimbursement of products charges or shipping charges in the event that an order is not delivered to an international customer. We regret that we cannot be more lenient with this policy and point out that NICMAXX has no control over how each individual country's customs department will act.
