Most people find themselves going back to smoking traditional cigarettes, or worse, smoking both traditional cigarettes and vaping. Remember that it takes around 3 to 4 weeks to get used to each level before you can slide down to the next one. 

 

Another thing that you need to remember is that you should not be reliant to vaping forever. Your goal is to quit smoking, that is why you switched to vaping. But just because you can vape, it does not mean that it is healthier. Studies show that vaping can give you the same diseases that you can get from cigarette smoking, the only difference is that it will take longer to develop and it can take around 20 years before you will get diagnosed with cancer or heart diseases. Eventually, you will still get there. 

 

Use vaping devices to help you combat your smoking addiction, but you need to quit everything eventually and live a smoke-free life. The only thing that you need to know is that you won’t be able to quit smoking until you give it a shot. Just follow the steps and be disciplined enough to go through them for a better and healthier you.
